What is the delivery time?

Delivery from our warehouse in Amsterdam normally takes 1-7 business days within
Europe.

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for orders above 35 EUR. For orders under that amount we will add a shipping fee of 4-9 EUR - dependend on your shipping country.

How do I return an order?

We have a 30 days return policy, because we want you to be happy with your purchase.

How do I change/ cancel my order?

Email us with your inquiry. If you want to change/cancel your order, we can cancel it as long as it hasn’t left the warehouse. If the order already has left the warehouse, please create a new order and return the incorrect order

I double ordered! What do I do?

Send us an email or chat message with your request. We can cancel the order if it hasn’t left the warehouse already.

My product is broken/damaged. What do I do?

If you have purchased the product online, please send an email to contact@anuvaofficial.com with a picture of the damaged item. However, if you bought the product in stores, we kindly ask you to go there with your receipt
