What is the delivery time?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam and typically arrive within:

1–7 business days within Europe

4–10 business days for the rest of the world

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for orders above €35 within the Benelux.
For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of €4–€9 will apply, depending on your shipping country.

For the rest of the world, we offer free shipping for orders above €150.
For smaller orders, shipping costs vary depending on your region.

How do I return an order?

We have a 30 days return policy, because we want you to be happy with your purchase.

How do I change/ cancel my order?

Email us with your inquiry. If you want to change/cancel your order, we can cancel it as long as it hasn’t left the warehouse. If the order already has left the warehouse, please create a new order and return the incorrect order

I double ordered! What do I do?

Send us an email or chat message with your request. We can cancel the order if it hasn’t left the warehouse already.

My product is broken/damaged. What do I do?

If you have purchased the product online, please send an email to contact@anuvaofficial.com with a picture of the damaged item. However, if you bought the product in stores, we kindly ask you to go there with your receipt
